I took my recently purchased lawnmower back into Arnold's several weeks ago. I'm a very busy person and don't have the time to do my own repairs, although I considered it after being told that replacing the drive belt was going to cost close to $100. Unfortunately, I left my mower there for the repairs to be completed...\r

I was told my mower would be done two weeks later.\r

I called 2 1/2 weeks later to ensure that my mower was done and apparently they had an injury in the shop. I was told that my mower would then be done the next Wednesday. I then called the Saturday following the Wednesday that the work was supposed to have been completed and was told I was another two days out.\r

On top of that, it took the staff at least 10 minutes on the phone to even find my order and to tell me what the status of it was, all done with a completely condescending attitude. \r

Avoid this place like the plague if you want quick quality service!!!
