When I first walked in I noticed that the restaurant had an upscale feel to it. The booths, tables, chairs, and carpeting looked new. The bar was shining clean. I went on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to see they still were offering lunch specials. I ordered the chicken with pea pods and steamed rice. It came with an eggroll and soup, but not won ton, even when I offered to pay extra for won ton soup, the waiter said no. The food arrived steaming hot and very fresh. It tasted delicious and had plenty of sauce. The egg roll was okay, a little dry and crunchy, some hot mustard probably would have helped. The portion was really big and the price was reasonable. I would definitely eat here again.
