Quick to be so friendly when shopping and ordering, but when it comes to timely delivery, or promised service - not good at all. Also, somewhat condescending, and made up excuses for late deliveries. Decent mix of furnishing, but probably can get them elsewhere for a lot less expense and much better service. Be aware!
