My husband and I moved from the East Coast to Portland and searched high and low for design help and unique furniture. Only when we wandered out to Hood River did we find the perfect solution. The people at Red Feather are very helpful both with selection and budgeting. We found their prices to be very fair and their willingness to help with problem solving and design to be outstanding. One firm in Portland wanted 4 times the amount for the same furniture and services. Most of our items were delivered right on time, some were early, some were late. Red Feather made it clear that the times given were estimates from their manufacturers and did the best they could to keep us informed. Quick to be so friendly when shopping and ordering, but when it comes to timely delivery, or promised service - not good at all. Also, somewhat condescending, and made up excuses for late deliveries. Decent mix of furnishing, but probably can get them elsewhere for a lot less expense and much better service. Be aware! more
