Every time I go in the sandwiches look great, but the kitchen makes me leave (twice)! The first time, the servers would cut the food right after taking orders and money from people. This was all right in front of the owner. Then the second time, the fans were blowing on open containers of food. Where is Health Inspection? Come on! All chefs know that cleanliness is the most important virtue of a kitchen, along with the food. Please, please clean up your kitchen!
