At first glance you would think this is a wonderful place. Always clean. First, the animals boarding are NEVER properly cared for. The staff neglects the animals. Some dogs sit in their own fecal all day before getting let out and their cage cleaned. The dogs rarely get fed the food the owners leave for them. The manager is by far the worst example of a ""manager"" you can imagine. SO with complaints don't bother asking for her, your complaints and or requests will never be met. They think it's ok to overbook the kennel by at least 30 or 40 dogs. Other than one doctor, none of the doctors could care less about the health and well being of the animals staying. The owner himself sent a dog home that was supposed to be neutered without even neutering the dog!!! he sedated it and then forgot about it!! So for good and proper care of your animals.. take them elsewhere
