I have been going to Tamara dayhill for awhile now and have recently had to reconsider. I love my hairstylist but it is extremely hard to make appointments. The male receptionist is so quick with you every time you call. He has never been helpful with me making appointments with Tammy. He is so rude not to mention that you can not understand anything he is saying. The first couple of times that I realized he was rude I had told my stylist but he had remained the same. On my last visit When I called to make my appointment, His response was ""she is not working today, She will only squeeze you in if she wants to. You need to speak with her"" All spoken in broken english. In my wait to respond the phone was hung up. After I called again a few days later and got the girl receptionist I was able to book an appointment. After I came in and after my hair was done, I had to go to him to pay. When I handed him my card he rudely said ""How much are you going to tip?"" after I told him how much he rolled his eyes and said ""only 20"" I was so upset!! I will never set foot in that salon again!! He is an awful person to have to deal with your customers. Message to Salon owner: Expect to indirectly lose many more people from the way he deals with your customers. He is a horrible representative of such a classy salon!
