I purchased a Mountaineer with an extended warranty. In the beginning the service department was extremely helpful, but as I get toward the end of my warranty, they concealed info from me and as I questioned them regarding the issues they flat out lied. They blamed it on the the way the warranty was written and on the computer. I was so upset with them I wrote a letter to both my sales person and service manager. I did not receive a response. At that point I decided never to patron their business again. All I am looking for is being forthright. In my opinion they failed
