I've taken my car to their mechanics 3 times in the past year and a half. While they might be nice to you inside, and with a big smile explain to you what's wrong with your car DON'T TRUST 1 WORD FROM THEM. They love replacing parts that don't need to be replaced just to bill you for additional hours. They will charge you an hour of labor for a part even if it took them 10 minutes to install. There were new sounds from the engine each time I left the dealership and I believe that they intentionally broke parts in my vehicle just to charge me to repair them. I also don't like it when car mechanics cannot show me the work they have done.
Pros: Parking space, fake smiles
Cons: Poor car mechanics, will double charge you for parts maybe not even installed
