Our A/C went out on June 1st. They came out on June 3rd, diagnosed the problem, charged us a service fee and put in writing that it would be ""*3 to 5 business days*"" for our problem to be taken care of. 6 business days later I called them to find out what was going on. I was scolded, informed that they did not have the part, and I was treated so incredibly rude. The man was yelling at me so I raised my voice and he yelled at me to ""calm down LADY"". So I told him that ""it's a 100 f*ck*ng degrees in my house and I just want to know what's going on"". He yelled back at me ""Watch your language LADY"" and hung up on me.
