I was really looking forward to finding the right person for cuts. Decided to try the owner Flo who is even more money than another in salon stylist. Flo has an inflated ego so don't dare tell her how to cut your hair and be so precise that she feels less than all that she is. She cut my hair dry and I have never had a cut done with dry hair. My hair is long with layers too. Didn't come out so great. Really hard to style if I wanted curl, waves or such. I have since gone to a new person and they were amazed what chop job it was. Also too, this salon is REALLY BIG on selling product (that you may not even need!). Beware.
