Awsome Haircut & Color 1/19/2006

Had the pleasure of going to the Underground. The salon is hip, clean and the cut is terrific and color was perfect. Great products with a very friendly yet professional demeanor. I went to a specific stylist because she had cut my teen daughters hair and as it grew out it looked better and better as the original cut was great to begin with. My cut was appropriate for me. The stylists are modern and know what they are doing. I will definitely be back. It has been torture to find a Santa Barbara salon where they know what they are doing!!! more

If you are looking for a salon that is modern & hip, then Underground Hair is the spot. The artists stay up to date with the latest hair trends by frequenting hair shows. The salon is very clean and the haircuts are always good. The new location is amazing and the prices are competitive! more

This is my favorite salon in Santa Barbara, it is the perfect salon if you are into edgy and crazy hairstyles. The service is great, there are complementary drinks (water, beer, soda, or wine) and hand facials along with your hair cut or whatever service you are planning to get. The hairstylists are friendly and upbeat, and they are up in the latest trends in the market. The salon has a very clean sleek look, very European as well. If you are a student, I would recommend you get your haircut from Chris, as he only charges $33 for student cuts. If you recommend 3 or more clients to your hairstylist in the Underground you get a free haircut as well, so help me out! :) more
