We received gifts for our baby and one of them was from Doodles. I tried to return it the next weekend and they said I needed to know the persons name that bought the gift. THEY DON'T GIVE GIFT RECEIPTS. I gave them the name and they said they didn't sell anything to that person. Then they accused me of trying to ""pull a fast one"" on them. Turned out that the item was bought by my best friend's husband and not her. THEY NEEDED TO KNOW HIS NAME - They were rude, confrontational and will not get any of my future business. What a shame, because their product is cute - VERY expensive, but adorable.

Cons: Horrible return policy - they won't let you return anything unless you jump through hoops
