Seriously the worst service we have ever gotten anywhere. We picked up our boat after paying for it to be cleaned and detailed and the boat was dirtier than when we dropped it off! They oil stained our carpets and all they could say was ""well you could talk to a manager if you want."" How about ""let me send someone to clean that right now""? I guess the economy is not effecting Spicer's Boat City if they can treat customers who have spent 50k with them this way. They can not wait for you to purchase a boat from them and they make all kinds of promises but they dont deliver on them.
Cons: Horrible service department. Do not follow through and actually returned our boat to us dirty after paying for a cleaning.
