I didnt have a problem with them. I was very polite to them as they were to me. I did what they asked of me right off the bat and then they worked with me on what else could be taken care of. Also at any time I needed more time to set things up with them they were always more than understanding about my personal situations. The Person assigned to my account was very friendly and not only helped me with my financial obligations to the company she also gave some helpful advise with other problems i'd been having. All and all a plesant experience aside from the $4,600 I had to pay them, lol. But that was owed to them if they were jerks or not.
