After much harassment from this company I asked for a complete copy of what I owed and what had been paid. I was flat out refused. I wanted to make sure the oldest bills were getting paid first. After much argument I was told they could not guarantee that the oldest bills were being paid first. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she were not there. I asked to speak with her boss and was told they could not let me do that or give me the manager?s name! Nikki Williams is who I have to deal with. She is rude & degrading. She told me I deserved the way she treated me for getting myself into this mess!!! Now I am done talking to them. I did not even bother telling her my child was in the hospital for a whole YEAR!!! Or that we have been through 2 open heart surgery with our 5 year old. Enough said.
