So I went to Sugarfish this weekend. I had heard about it from a friend. My friend is a huge Nozawa fan. I personally have not been to Nozawa's, but if it is anything like what I ate this weekend I will definitely make the trek to studio city. At the beginning I was a bit disoriented because each of us had to order a ""Trust me."" To try it out we ordered a #1 and #3, which were the smallest and largest options. The fish quality was unbelievable, like I have never experienced before, it was served on warm rice and literally just melted in my mouth. Service was friendly and attentive and i guess the tip is already included in the price along with tax. Unfortunately they don't take reservations, I can see this place getting slammed with long waits.
