Capital Plumbing

I was woke up in the middle of the night to find that my basement had flooded due to the excessive rain. My sump pump had failed and I unfortunatly I did not have a back-up sump pump. I called several plumbing companies but was only able to talk to a real person when I called Capital Plumbing. I was relieved when the dispatcher (Tricia) told me that she would send a technician out immediately. When the plumber arrived he was clean and professional. He explained all of the options to me and went over the pros and cons of different back-up units. I decided to purchase a water powered back-up sump pump, because I liked how it would continue to operate even if my power was down for a long period of time. The price of the new sump pump and back-up unit was very fair, but most importantly I now have the peace of mind that my experience with my basement flooding will not happen again! more
