We have been loyal customers to this store - but have had very rude service on two occasions. Most recently I bought expensive fins at this store, they didn't seem to fit but the salesman talked me into getting them anyways. The fins gave me horrible blisters after one use and when I came back to return them I was told that since they had touched salt water I could not return or exchange them.
Now I am buying a different pair online and I see that the pair I bought at the store is $10 cheaper online! In the future I will definitely purchase online - you can return as-new products online easily, get a better price, and not deal with rude salesmen.
Pros: can try stuff on
Cons: rude service, no returns even if sold the wrong size
