Captain Aqua's Full Svc Dive

We have been loyal customers to this store - but have had very rude service on two occasions. Most recently I bought expensive fins at this store, they didn't seem to fit but the salesman talked me into getting them anyways. The fins gave me horrible blisters after one use and when I came back to return them I was told that since they had touched salt water I could not return or exchange them. Now I am buying a different pair online and I see that the pair I bought at the store is $10 cheaper online! In the future I will definitely purchase online - you can return as-new products online easily, get a better price, and not deal with rude salesmen. I am doing my Open Water at this store, and I have to say that I am very happy with the service and especially with the instructor. The owner is a guy with an extreme knowledge, and is most of the time happy to share it with the customer. I have never seen anyone treated bad in this store, and I spend quite a lot of time there lately. Pros: great staff, experienced instructor more

They place suuuuucks. I've had a bad experience (like getting cussed out by the owner in front of other customers - some were kids!) and so many others have told me they've had similar experiences. I know a master diver who said when they see Captain Aqua's owner's name on a Dive Trip list, they cancel because he is just just THAT BAD of a guy. STAY AWAY - don't give your business to this horrible store. more
