We use King A/V service as part of our Home Theater Installation company. They perform in home service for us and we have never had a single complaint. There is a reason they are the company that the manufacturers send you to. They have extensive training and have not let us down or treated us or a customer unfairly. We are based in Redmond as well and have had to deliver a set for repair after hours and were able to set up an appointment to meet a tech after their typical closing time. I do suggest using King A/V, call them and you will recieve prompt service and they may even walk you through the problem better than a factory tech support person. (They are in America after all and can speak to you on the phone with no problems)
