I made a 2pm reservation for 5 and a highchair at By the Docks for Mother's Day.\r
We got there at 2pm and they told me there would be a 15 minute wait because they were "backed up." \r
Well, by 2:30 we were getting restless, especially since several parties of 12 or more had arrived and been seated since we got there. We were finally sat by a rather rude hostess at 2:55, and there was no highchair in sight. \r
By this point we were starving and annoyed, so luckily the server was quick and we got our food and drinks quickly. The food is good, but the quality of the crabcakes has definitely gone downhill since the restaurant opened- they have gradually started adding more filler and less crabmeat. \r
This restaurant is NOT WORTH the wait or dealing with the rude staff!
