I recently took my dog there for an ear infection. The Vet took my dog to irrigate his ear and held him down too long. When my dog came out walking to me his tongue was hanging out of his mouth and blue! He definitely was having respiratory difficulty. The office had difficulty in connecting oxygen. They were inexperienced with this breed and negligently cared for my dog. As the emergent situation arose they were not prepared to handle the critical situation they put my dog in. My dog died. There was no effort to apologize or offer sympathy for the loss of my family member. The manager of the office requested I pay to have him cremated. A complete negligent unsympathetic staff.
