There was a great doctor, Dr. Hall was her last name. And you are right the old receptionist is a one big B....!! I am very sorry for your loss.

I took my cat to see doctor Kyle Thomas , I was so happy,he took blood test . then he found something wrong but he caught it in time now my cat is doing fine I .was so pleased with him. He is the best doctor in the world for me.He really cares about my cat, He knows I really love her.He took the time to talk to me when every I need him He is there for me.I never seen such a nice man like him.a doctor like kyle Thomas ,He really cares about animals He is a very kind man.I know when I take my cat to him .she is in good hands an taken very good care of . I went to this hospital with my kitten when she broke her leg, and the vet on staff was very comforting to our kitten and children who were also upset. They took excellent care of our kitten. more

lack of knowledge 5/7/2008

I recently took my dog there for an ear infection. The Vet took my dog to irrigate his ear and held him down too long. When my dog came out walking to me his tongue was hanging out of his mouth and blue! He definitely was having respiratory difficulty. The office had difficulty in connecting oxygen. They were inexperienced with this breed and negligently cared for my dog. As the emergent situation arose they were not prepared to handle the critical situation they put my dog in. My dog died. There was no effort to apologize or offer sympathy for the loss of my family member. The manager of the office requested I pay to have him cremated. A complete negligent unsympathetic staff. more
