Brought my car in with an engine light. They charged me $99 diagnostics without even telling me up front. I also dropped it off Friday night so they could get to it first thing Saturday and after multiple calls they FINALLY got to it at 1pm. Of course the parts they needed were no longer available because the dealer closed at 1pm so I paid $99 for NOTHING. Worse, they said I needed plugs and wires and they would cost me around $600 (RX-8) for a car with 30,000 miles. UNBELIEVEABLE! So I took my car to Mazda. They too had a diagnostic charge, but told me up front and found the problem to be a sticking drive rod that needed to be cleaned. They cleaned it free of charge (except diagnostic charge) and it runs great. Good Year is Bad Business. Take your car somewhere else. Even PepBoys puts them to shame!
