Please avoid this business for dishonest conduct. And especially don't let them trick you make unnecessary purchase.\r \r I brought my 2008 Honda Odyssey with 50234 miles for annual inspection. \r \r They asked me to replace all 4 tires for $580 in order to pass. \r \r I suspect it's a scare tactic to rip me off and refused the offer. \r \r Now I am reading the inspection report. The following is listed in the section "Failed Inspection Items Rejected For:", \r \r Wheels removed to inspect brakes: L/F, L/R, R/F, R/R\r 1. 79.1(c) Tires & Wheel Fasteners.\r \r When I asked them to put on more specific reasons of failure, they refused and verbally stated it's because of tire worn out. However on the inspection report the tread depth of all 4 tires are 6/32 and the rule to fail is below 2/32. When I challenge them, I was told it's because of cut in tire. The fact is there is no cut at all, even though the rule to fail in this respect is "cut in excess of one inch". When I challenge them again, more

Great Expreriences with this location 7/18/2008

I have had both of my cars serviced at this Goodyear location for about 7 years, and I have found them to do excellent work. On my most recent visit, my 98 Honda was having an intermittent problem, they spent about 6 hours working on it but could not find the problem. When I picked up my car the next morning, I found that they did not charge me a cent for the work they had done except for my oil change, and when Eric the store manager was looking at my service ticket, he remembered another customer with a 98 Honda having a similar problem, so after looking up several other 98 Hondas, we were able to identify the distributor as the problem. They may not be the cheapest service around, but I have always received good service and value for the work done on my cars and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend. more

TOTAL RIP OFF 5/23/2008

Brought my car in with an engine light. They charged me $99 diagnostics without even telling me up front. I also dropped it off Friday night so they could get to it first thing Saturday and after multiple calls they FINALLY got to it at 1pm. Of course the parts they needed were no longer available because the dealer closed at 1pm so I paid $99 for NOTHING. Worse, they said I needed plugs and wires and they would cost me around $600 (RX-8) for a car with 30,000 miles. UNBELIEVEABLE! So I took my car to Mazda. They too had a diagnostic charge, but told me up front and found the problem to be a sticking drive rod that needed to be cleaned. They cleaned it free of charge (except diagnostic charge) and it runs great. Good Year is Bad Business. Take your car somewhere else. Even PepBoys puts them to shame! more

rip off artists 11/21/2005

My car had some brake trouble. I brought it to this close by station and was given an outrageous list of things wrong with my vechile. Along with this was the highest estimates I have ever been given, and we are talking about a 93 mercury that has had much work, so I know prices. The upshot was I towed it elsewhere, needed only some of the work done for a fraction of the price, and it has been wonderful for a year and a half since. more
