I am not happy at all with these people. They give misleading information and are very slick at passing the buck when it comes to working out miscommunication. I am a new customer and my first experience with dealing with a propane company has left a bad taste in my mouth. I too started out to be will call and they continually fill my tank and then want the money right then and there. Then when i make an arrangement to pay, two days before they "claim" i was suppose to pay beginning of the week, and came and locked me off. AGAIN miscommunication. I then was told (very rudely) i might add, that i could pay remaining balance and would be turned back on. Don't fall for this, you give them the money, then they want ALL of it before they will turn your gas back on! and i didn't even ask for the tank FILL in the first place, i was on will call, and told them this Three different times.. Go somewhere else people....
