I was a little skeptical to go here in the 1st place having been told by multiple coworkers of mine that they are big into over-charging, making recommendations for unnecessay treatment and up-selling treatments that are a necessity but since I just had to go in for a regular cleaning that was covered 100% by my insurance I wasn't too worried. WOW! Big mistake! I was told be the dentist that a "regular cleaning" would not be beneficial to me and that I needed a "deep cleaning and gum therapy" to the tune of over $700.00. When I declined the treatment and again asked for the regular cleaning that I had come in for I was told that it would be "a waste of time for everyone involved" and after more than an hour had to leave.... without ever having my teeth cleaned. To top if off the girls at the front desk (Maria, again) were really nasty to me when I told them that I would not be returning and that I would like to have my current x-rays so that I could take them to another dentist.
