I moved in 3 yrs. ago and now I wish someone would have slapped me and told no don't move in this is the worst place on earth to live the park fees are to high for what you get and ever April they go up again I pay $363.00 monthly just for the lot that's how much it has gone up since I moved in, I could be buying an acre for what they charge but I'm stuck because if you buy a mobile home from here you can't move it until it's paid for and that will be for 9 more yrs. for me most of the trouble here comes from the kids who live in the neighborhood next to us they break thru the wood fence just to get in the neighborhood they come over here and steal stuff and distroy empty trailers and the kids that live in here don't follow the rules and managemnt doesn't inforce the rules around here about curfews,brokendown vehicles,animals,keeping lots clean,no loud music they tell you to call the police and when the cops do come out they don't do any thing I was told HARRIS COUNTY patrols in here (yeah right)the only time you see them is when they are called we have young thugs living here so beware..... OH AND THE VERY BEST PART IS THEY CAN'T KEEP GOOD PEOPLE IN HERE THEY ARE ALL MOVING OUT TO BE REPLACED BY TRASH and they have a clean up crew who are to do the mowing and cleaning up which is not done when it should be.... the kids also break into the mailboxes here.... I've been thinking about letting my home go back and deal with the bad credit just to get out of here....IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT LIVING HERE WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
