LOL, I was reading the comment below and all I got to say for you is, ""DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER."" On the contrary, I received the best service at Eastern Parkway, I called for an estimate and they told me I had three options: A. either for them to go out to my house with fabric books and give me an estimate (there is an estimation fee), B. Avoid the estimation fee and simply take a picture of the furniture and send it via-e-mail or C. come to the store and show them a picture. If you don't want to pay a fee, simply do B or C!!! LOL, Anyway, I e-mailed them a picture of my 4 piece modern sectional and 2 1950's living room chairs that I love!! I purchased my own material online for my sectional. I picked a beautiful white vinyl, which the fabric came a little bit pricey, but I don't care. I want the best quality material for my piece!! For the chairs, I picked a fabric from Eastern Parkway. They carried a lot of retro-fabric,s which were beautiful prints. If you are into modern fabrics, you should check out their prints. It took them 3 weeks to have everything finished, I am very contend with the service they provided. I do recommend this place for upholstery service. The people are very friendly and you won't regret it!!!\r
