I have never been so taken-back as my recent experience here. They might, in fact, not only have the highest prices in the valley but also demonstrate poor integrity and customer service. \r \r The self-proclaimed 'hothead' customer service rep might also tell you about his jack___ customers, as he felt so free to share with me.
