Suze has created an environment in the studio that slowly stretches my mind - creating a sense of self value and appreciation while I am inspired to also stretch my body in ways that heal and rejuvenate me. Not only has my figure and posture benefited from the challenging and strengthening ""exercise/practice"" but I have prospered as a person and in my career. Suze herself is quite an inspiration -beautiful to look at because she is committed to the practice, teachings and evolution of her own spirit and yet she remains grounded, humble and compassionate.
