Suze has created an environment in the studio that slowly stretches my mind - creating a sense of self value and appreciation while I am inspired to also stretch my body in ways that heal and rejuvenate me. Not only has my figure and posture benefited from the challenging and strengthening ""exercise/practice"" but I have prospered as a person and in my career. Suze herself is quite an inspiration -beautiful to look at because she is committed to the practice, teachings and evolution of her own spirit and yet she remains grounded, humble and compassionate. Give yourself the gift of her class...it will transform you in every positive way.
Pros: The environment, teacher and fellow students are all exceptional
Cons: Arriving at the last minute cn mean a tight squeeze
