I was overcharged over a hundred dollars for my frames due to the Rep rushing me through the process so that they could close the shop. I was not provided the same level of service that more wealthy ""Westport"" clients were given. It took 8 visits to the store and lenses being ordered three times due to them not being cut properly, or not fitting in the frames before I decided to pick up the lenses and take them to a different Cohen's in a different town. I just felt like the whole process was disorganized an truly felt discriminated against. I ended up in a different pair altogether because they never could get it right. Won't recommend to WORST ENEMY!
