I've been to this place 4 times. First time, the line was out the door so i skipped it. The next time, I was the only customer so my order was correct. The third time, my order took over 20 minutes and was wrong. The 4th (and I think my last time for a while) was today and completely wrong. I normally watch them make my salad because I'm very particular about my food. The place is so new that they haven't worked out the kinks yet. The employees still don't know the ingredients to each salad. So far, I've received all my salads missing ingredients. The first time did not have tomatoes or avocados ($12 make your own). The last time they put chicken instead of shrimp on my salad and decided to toss it out and make a new one (which took another 15 mins). The correct salad had the shrimp but did not come w/eggs whites, avocado, and basil ($15 cobb). You'd think they'd at least know what ingredients go into their signature salads. They are all very nice and the ingredients are fresh and tastey but it takes too long and your order is always wrong. Such a dissappointment. The only salad shop in Beverly Hills. I hope they get it right soon!
