SO! what started out great to expand mine and my boyfriend's little family ended up putting us in about $2000 of medical bills plus!! We purchased Maggie May, our beautiful 3 month old weimaraner in april 2008. We bought allllllll the stuff they recommened and used on her (INCLUDING THE FOOD!) So we brought her to our vet (the vet we use for our other dog, a black lab). Sooo she had gardia when she was at all pets club and they said she was cured from it a week before we brought her home. TURNS OUT! She STILL had a severe case of it! Not only did she have kennel cough, BUT a yeast infection in her ear.. My vet informed me that puppies that young SHOULD NOT have a yeast infection and it is very very uncommon. Two days later after her first vet check up I came home from work and let her out of her cage.. took one look at her and saw her nose was about the size of a baseball with little pimple bumble looking things on it! I imediatly called the vet and they told me to come right in... TURNS OUT.. SHE WAS ALERGIC TO THE FOOD THE PET STORE TOLD US TO BUY FOR HER AND THE FOOD THAT THEY SAID SHE HAD BEEN EATING!!! I called all pets club and asked to speak with the manager not to complain about money, but to ask why so many problems with kennel cough and the yeast infection and about her being allergic to the food they were feeding her.. Basically they gave me an attitude and said if i wanted to return the dog i could get half of my money back... I DIDNT WANT TO RETURN MY NEW BABY! I also spoke to a friend of mine who purchased a bloodhound from all pets club, this dog also had kennel cough, gardia, and the yeast infection in his ear... this is the last time i will ever purchase a dog OR ANYTHING from that store!!!!
Cons: sick animals, bad customer service
