This has certainly not been a good experience for me, albeit an educational one. Although they may have done wonderful work for people in the past, they will not be doing any work for me. In one of their early visits, they offered a rough estimate of what the project would cost. When they came back with the budgetary numbers, it was almost twice. Since I paid a fair amount of money to have these numbers generated, I felt I ought to be able to see a breakdown of costs: Material, labor, project management, etc. However, when I asked to see them, they instead wanted to set up another meeting to explain what a tremendous outfit Mosby is and why the dollars make sense. I think I can be the judge of that. I'm not stupid.
