well, i'm still trying to figure out which one griffin's kettlebell classes are going to do to me.... but I can definitely say I feel the effects. The workout seems so quick, fun and harmless - but don't be fooled, you'll get to know your muscles in a whole new way. A GREAT new way!
Pros: Great workout, Great Gym, Convenient Parking, Entertaining and Arse-Kicking!
Cons: Temporary Soreness!
