Before giving it a try over half a year ago, I was skeptical of kettlebell fitness; worried that I would become too bulky and not see results. Since then, kettlebells have become a very stable part of my workout routine. Griffin is an upbeat and friendly instructor with extensive personal training and group fitness knowledge that he relays to his clients in a precise and easy-to-understand manner. He continually makes me feel welcome and comfortable in his class and pushes me to challenge myself further each time. Being a group fitness instructor myself, I fell in love with his teaching style and even more in love with kettlebell fitness. I go to every class he teaches and just can't seem get enough. Griffin is truly an amazing instructor and through his leadership has encouraged me to teach kettlebell classes myself.
