I started working out with Griffin a couple of months ago. I do mostly one on one training, but also try and go to one class a week. I am amazed at how much stronger I have become in this short time... but what makes me the happiest are my shrinking hips. Every girl knows that the hips are one of the toughest areas to work on. I am so happy with the results that I can't stop running my hands down my hips 'cause they are so smooth! I recommend Griffin to anyone who wants to get fit and feel stronger. It can be tough, but it is so exhilarating that you keep coming back for more.
