Up until 2 months ago I had never heard of Kettlebell classes. I weight train heavily because I'm a Figures Competitor but I had never used Kettlebells and didn't think they could give me the workout I needed to build muscle. When I saw Griffin at a local Supplement Event, I took a flyer and went to my first class in a very skeptical state of mind. Were we going to do a million bicep curls? Isn't that all you can do with Kettlebells? Was I wrong!
Pros: Great energy, awesome workout, knowledgeable trainer
Cons: You will get calluses on your hands, but you can wear gloves to avoid that!
