The parts we bought were way over-priced. Customer service was terrible. Sorry I don't remember details, I went a few years ago and have tried to block it out of my mind. Customer representative was disrespectful (I'm a female in a parts store, and he treated me like I'm an idiot), not at all knowledgeable but gave advice anyway, made me wait while he finished a personal conversation like I was unimportant.
Pros: large supply of parts on hand
Cons: unreasonably high prices, awful customer service, little knowledge of proper repair, disrepectful of women
