Best Appliance Store 5/1/2012

I have bought both appliances and parts from this store for over 25 years. I have never had any problem with salespeople or repairmen. Everyone is helpful and they never try to push you into buying something more than what you are looking for. If you need something repaired, someone is usually there the next day. Of course, if a part needs to be ordered, it takes longer. I would not buy from any other store. Plus the items that I last purchased were less expensive than Lowes or H H Gregg. They deliver, set up, and take away the old. The Best!!! more

The sales staff was very helpful and ther delivery crew was great! The price was reasonable and I didnt even have to pay to get rid of my old appliance. Pros: service and price more

The parts we bought were way over-priced. Customer service was terrible. Sorry I don't remember details, I went a few years ago and have tried to block it out of my mind. Customer representative was disrespectful (I'm a female in a parts store, and he treated me like I'm an idiot), not at all knowledgeable but gave advice anyway, made me wait while he finished a personal conversation like I was unimportant. Pros: large supply of parts on hand Cons: unreasonably high prices, awful customer service, little knowledge of proper repair, disrepectful of women more
