I was given a gift certificate from my family for a pedicure. I had never had a pedicure before and was so excited to try it out. I saved it for a special occasion wanting to have my feet be pampered and to look nice for a weekend that my husband and I were going out. I called in the beginning of the week and talked to a male, I'm guess he is the receptinoist. He sounded confused and didn't seem to know what he was doing. Then he told me that he was too busy to book me and that he would call me back later. I never got a call. I called a couple days later and no one answered. I continued to call and left messages. No one ever called me back. I was so disappointed that I was not able to get my feet done for our special weekend. The next week I was able to get through to a female, I guessing a receptionist as well. She booked me for the next morning. I went in for my appt and checked in with the male receptionist who didn't even acknowledge me at first. When he did he was very unfriendly and rude. Not what I expected from a day spa receptionist. Finally, I nice young girl came to get me for my pedicure. She did an amazing job. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed and my toes were so cute when she finished. Shiloh Miller gave me her card and a service menu and walked me up front where she told me Michael would check me out. Again, he didn't seem to know what he was doing. I stood up front for 10 min while he made phone calls to ask how to check me out with my gift certificate. Very unprofessional. I left the spa with very cute toes the softest feet, but the receptionist made me feel like I was just another person to just put money in his pocket. Again, not what I expected from a day spa. I am so disappointed.
Pros: Very nice girls. My feet have never looked so cute or been so soft.
Cons: Male receptionist very unfriendly. Hard to make an appt
