I've been going to Deleon Day Spa for a long time now, recently there has been a change in management when the nicest receptionist I have ever come across left the spa. The next time I called to schedule an appointment, it took several attempts to actually get through to someone. When I finally did, I spoke to a man who didn't seem to know anything about the services or the system through which they did the scheduling. When I came in for my appointment, he was extremely rude to me until he realized I was a fairly regular client. At that point he pretended to be the nicest most caring person in the spa. After about ten minutes of his frantic searching, he informed me that my appointment wasn't until tomorrow. I would have to come back. He made it seem as if I had messed up the days and it wasn't his problem. Though I am absolutely certain I had my days correct. I asked if they had anything else available that day and he condescendingly informed me ""No, we are already booked for today, sorry."" I am really unhappy with the way he spoke to me and the way I saw him treat the girls who work there.
Pros: the girls are, or were great until they moved on
Cons: extremely rude manager, micheal. disorganization and inconsistency
