I needed to be seen emergently and was fit in to see Dr. Glenn Kaufman after getting his name from a friend. I was treated with compassion and understanding. Dr. Kaufman made sure I was able to have my surgery immediately, making phone calls to my insurance company and speaking to the operating room staff to make it happen. He was professional explaining everything to me and making sure my husbands questions were answered. He was with me before the surgery and checking up on me afterwards. My husband and I were so happy my friend sent me to Dr. Kaufman. Even the nurses told me I had one of the best surgeons in the hospital.
