I am a first time Mom. And I have seen all three remaining doctors in this practice for my prenatal care. They are all great. Kaufman is very attentive, mild mannered, easy to talk to. Sadaty is very thorough and attentive as well. I only met with Rifkin once, but found him to have a nice personality. Pros: best ob/gyn docs on long island Cons: long waiting room time, but worth the wait more

Great experience for a first time mom! 8/28/2008

So far so good. Ihave had Dr. Kaufman and it has been a good experience so for with both his manner and that of his office staff. Scheduling is not that difficult but you have to be flexible too. Pros: most everything so far Cons: none yet more

Dr. Glenn Kaufman 5/28/2008

I needed to be seen emergently and was fit in to see Dr. Glenn Kaufman after getting his name from a friend. I was treated with compassion and understanding. Dr. Kaufman made sure I was able to have my surgery immediately, making phone calls to my insurance company and speaking to the operating room staff to make it happen. He was professional explaining everything to me and making sure my husbands questions were answered. He was with me before the surgery and checking up on me afterwards. My husband and I were so happy my friend sent me to Dr. Kaufman. Even the nurses told me I had one of the best surgeons in the hospital. Pros: compassion dedication profressionalism more

Great Neck OBGYN 1/10/2007

I originally went to see Dr. Rifkin at Great neck ob/gyn based on a friend's suggestion. However, I was turned off by his impersonal manner and annoying way of not answering my questions. On my second visit I saw another doctor in the practice, Dr. Sadaty and she was AMAZING! She was so nice and caring that I thought I was visiting an old friend instead of going to the gyno. Easily the best patient experience I've ever had. I've now switched to Dr. Sadaty permanently and now look forward to my visits at the practice. If you're thinking of going to Great Neck Obstetrics, I would whole-heartedly recommend Anita Sadaty, over Rifkin...you'll thank me later. Pros: Dr. Sadaty Cons: Rifkin and his arrogant demeanor more

Excellent 11/28/2006

I have been going to Terry Rifkin for 15 years. He is absolutely excellent and now that I no longer live on LI, I travel from the city to see him. He is knowledgable and caring. I would highly recommend him to anyone -- if you can get an appointment! And I do suggest a morning appt as the office can get backed up... Pros: Rifkin's experience and care Cons: wait time for afternoon appts, busy practice more

Highly Recommended 11/13/2006

Dr. Rifkin is absolutely wonderful. I've never had to wait very long at all and his staff has always been great to me. He is very knowledgeable and cares very much about his patients, he takes time to explain everything and is still quick and to the point. Honestly, I've had nothing but great experiences with him. more

Staff Horror 2/5/2006

The staff at this place is horriable, very long wait times and when you complain they gang up like a pack of wolfs, if you are pregnant this is not the place for you they are very cold and not very helpful at all. on the out side it seems like an upscale place, but once you interact with the staff you quickly realize this is just a babymill. more
