To the reviewer claiming that the person on the phone was rude and should take care of their customers... she was taking care of her customers. That was the point. When you go in to the restaurant then you will also be a customer and receive the same consideration when someone is rude enough to call during the lunch rush and ask for something that can clearly wait until later. If you had ever been there you would know that they are always packed so your ""potential"" check probably doesn't hurt their business too bad because people who know good food go back for more. You know, because it's good. Actually, REALLY good.
