I was a patient at this location about 4 months ago for an emergency procedure (cracked tooth). I was not only taken in immediately (versus the Division location which told me that I would have to wait about 30 days), but the front desk person, the dental assistant and a the doctor were all professional, friendly and informative. I liked them so much that my file was permanently moved from the Division Avenue location to the Jenison location. Now, I must make an appointment for next week so we will see. But for now - they get a 4 out of 5.
