It appears service is not high on their list of priorities. After speaking with several friends and co-workers it seems a problem lies in that the furniture is not delivered anywhere close to the estimate given at the time of purchase/order. We were told six to eight weeks and it has been over 3 months. Two others that I am aware of have said this is their experience also. Then they offer a "nice little gift" to try to make things better. Well I don't need a gift. I want my furniture and now I want a discount!! And not 1/2 of 1 percent. My money spends well elsewhere and that's where it's going to go unless they step up. The owners need to be involved when it gets to this stage. Unhappy customers are not the way to grow a business, especially in these tough economic times. Pros: friendly Cons: coulnt find our account on 3 separate occasions even when they had 1500 of our money more
